Key Responsibilities
2.1. Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with other persons in the company to understand service requirements.
2.2. Arranges program requirement in programming sequence by analyzing requirements;
2.2.1. Preparing a work flowchart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, database and software requirements and any hardware (if required).
2.2.2. Programming language, and logic.
2.2.3. Learning technologies for effective preparation of projects and to introduce innovations in the software developed.
2.2.4. For interfacing projects, arrange all necessary resources for the successful implementation of the project.
2.2.5. Arrange resources for the successful implementation of the projects.
2.2.6. Make arrangements for maintenance and effective operation of software projects developed and commissioned.
2.3. Programs the computer by encoding project requirements in computer language; entering encoded information into the computer;
2.3.1. Keeping it integrated seamlessly with other IT systems running in the company/group.
2.3.2. Designing its architecture for easy replication in all companies at the group level.
2.4. Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
2.5. Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintain user documentation; maintaining a help desk.
2.6. Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
2.7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by
2.7.1. Attending educational workshops;
2.7.2. Reviewing professional publications;
2.7.3. Establishing personal networks;
2.7.4. Participating in professional societies.
2.8. Keeps equipment operational by
2.8.1. Calling for repairs;
2.8.2. Making the backups ready,
2.8.3. Following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures;
2.8.4. Evaluating new equipment.
2.9. Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
2.10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
2.11. Develops and maintains applications and databases by
2.11.1. Evaluating client needs;
2.11.2. Analyzing requirements;
