As the Executive Chef you will join a dedicated team of professionals, showcasing the true dining experience that Royal China Group has to offer. You will promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the finest of Chinese cuisine is served. You will establish rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
Accountable to the Executive Director of Royal China Group for the entirety of kitchen operations
Sourcing and procurement of all ingredients needed
Preparation and plating of Chinese cuisine as per Royal China standards
Managing the entire kitchen operations
Ensuring the highest possible standard of Chinese culinary standards
Upkeep the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Personal Attributes:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin is a bonus

Duty hours / Weekly day off 12 hour shift with 2 hour break daily, 6 days a week
