Chef de Party Responsibilities:
Accountable to the Head Chef for the Dim Sum or Wok or Cutting section of kitchen operations
Preparation and plating of Chinese cuisine – Dim Sum or Wok or Cutting
Be part of the Dim Sum or Wok or Cutting kitchen operations
Ensuring the highest possible standard of Chinese culinary standards
Upkeep the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Personal Attributes:

Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin is a bonus
