HR / Admin Manager - conneXion communication

Job Description

  • Run HR operation with full compliance to all appropriate policies & procedures and maintain records accordingly.
  • Ensure timely recruitment of all Management and non management Staff.
  • Conduct Employee of the month Ceremony to encourage & motivate employees.
  • Prepare monthly Payroll of all employees and send final payroll sheet to Finance for Salary disbursement.
  • Verify preoperational and post operational activities.
  • Responsible for Preventive and break down maintenance of infrastructure, facilities and equipments
  • Prepare staff scheduling, assigning duties and conduct training sessions.
  • Monitor all Maintenance and Administration staff personal hygiene
  • Supervision and checking the cleanliness of the surrounding area of the Restaurant.
  • During operation monitor all necessities e.g. plates in buffet, cleanliness of floor, dishwashing activities..
  • Ensure calibration of equipments and maintain calibration record.
  • Monitor closing activities and check all Sections, Working Stations and required areas and take initials of all Manager’s as well as staff’s.
  • Monitor all Electric and Gas Equipments and ensure to close / shut down at closing.
  • To make sure that In/Out ways were cleared and all doors kept locked at closing.
  • To supervise guards and gate keepers to meet operational and security needs.
  • Periodical maintenance of washing machine and floor scrub to be carried out
  • Responsible for the cleaning of fresh water tank, filters, coolers and river area of the Restaurant.
