The HR Intern is responsible for providing support in the various Human Resource functions, which include assistance in recruitment and staffing, Employee Data Management and Related.
Key Responsibilities:
1: Assist in manage day to day HR operations, and other HR related matters.
2: Complete the filing of new staff.
3: Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
4: Preparation of letters related to HR (offer letter, appointment letter, Transfer Letter etc.)
5: Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
6: Other duties as assigned by HR Manager
