Position Summary:This is an independent role. The incumbent has to lead and drive the HR function within the hotel unit. He directly reports to GM of the hotel. He needs to support and collaborate with all department heads. To ensure that company policies are implemented which also includes implementation of various softwares- For corporate programs the incumbent has to liaise with corporate HR. The incumbent has to be generalist as the position involves knowledge of various aspects of HR function – recruitment, engagement, comp and benefits etc.
Prepare SOPs for inter & intra departments, recommend Policies where & when required from HR point of view.
Assigning JDs and generating appraisal based KPIs, Maintaining employee file and calculation of ratio/percentage of appraisal.
Conducting employee satisfaction survey and evaluating its results for further developments.
Searching, Evaluating, Short Listing, Interviewing, Selecting and Recruiting of Candidates.
Consult with Employees about Job involvement and developing people in organization.
Conducting exit interview of and evaluating it for further developments.
Conducting Training Need Assessment Survey and arrange training sessions where required. Analyzing the results and feed back of employees to evaluate effectiveness of trainings.
Proposing and generating new Policies to maintain an official decorum and assure its effective implementation.
Conduct Projects evaluation in reference of Employee strength. Analyze required strength of Employee as compared with present stats of project. Consult with GM/PMs to inquire unjustified strength.
Prepare monthly report on employee management with organogram and present to Top Management
