Job Description:
Reporting to Senior Manager of Rewards and supporting her as listed below;
Rewards
Make sure of being aligned with the client’s Group compensation and benefits policies. Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive. Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends. Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses. Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for Senior Manager of Rewards As a main person in charge
Payroll
Closes the monthly payroll calculation process by managing an outcome from a vendor and payroll staff.
Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
Determines payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee federal and state income and social security taxes, and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
Maintains guidelines related to rewards by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Develops and improves the current payroll process in accordance with the global system implementation (Workday).
General Affairs
Managing the office work environment and office products: Office supplies, equipment (printer, water purifier, coffee machine), fixed assets, IT facilities, etc.
Work environment improvement activity such as handle employee complaint w/ improvement activities
Responsible for the day-to-day organizational tasks by supervising junior staffs in the PAC department.
Requirement
More than 5 years of experience in the field above
