Job Description
Calculate working days on Attendance cards on monthly basis.
To fill the vacant positions (S Grades) as per requirements.
To negotiate salary package & other terms & conditions with the candidates.
To prepare employment approvals of selected candidates from designated authorities.
To complete the Joining formalities and prepare the Personnel Files with all necessary requirements.
Orientation of new joiners.
To help HODs in shift change over process and in deploying Surplus Pool.
Overtime management (Checking and recording in the system).
To acquire workforce from Third Party Contractors on need basis and process their bills for timely payments.
To check and verify Daily Manpower Summary.
To perform any other task/duties that may be assigned by the management.
