Job Description

  • Calculate working days on Attendance cards on monthly basis.
  • To fill the vacant positions (S Grades) as per requirements.
  • To negotiate salary package & other terms & conditions with the candidates.
  • To prepare employment approvals of selected candidates from designated authorities.
  • To complete the Joining formalities and prepare the Personnel Files with all necessary requirements.
  •  Orientation of new joiners.
  • To help HODs in shift change over process and in deploying Surplus Pool.
  • Overtime management (Checking and recording in the system).
  • To acquire workforce from Third Party Contractors on need basis and process their bills for timely payments.
  • To check and verify Daily Manpower Summary.
  • To perform any other task/duties that may be assigned by the management.
