We are currently looking for a skilled & proactive human resources officer who is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through SZABIST’s policies.The ideal candidate will be responsible and reliable, and willing to contribute to making SZABIST a better place to work. He/She should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable. Applicant is expected to have a solid knowledge of various HR functions and administrative responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Must have at least 03 years of functioning as HR Personnel and managing HR functions.
· Responsible for all the departmental tasks allocated by Manager HR.
· Manages, counsels, guides staff member in performing the HR functions such as online attendance, Performance appraisals etc.
· Managing EOBI & Health Insurance related matters of all the employees under the guidance of Manager HR.
· Preparing employment contracts and maintaining relevant documentation
· Managing the recruitment process, designing and publishing of advertisement, screening application forms, assisting concerned department in shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
· Managing /updating the personal files of employees with all relevant documents.
· Responsible for leaves management, monthly payroll, monthly overtime and updating leaves on CMS.
· Any other tasks / job assigned by the management.
Must haves
The candidate must be very efficient in usage of MS Excel. He must be proactive in nature and should have "can do" attitude.
