PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help company increase their efficiency.

  • Design operations planning and systems.
  • Design methods to ensure service quality.
  • Improve ways of services.
  • Design layout of Operations processes.
  • Study and rearrange org charts and operations sequence.
  • Evaluate effects of service design changes.
