Job Description
Knowledge of HR system & databases.
Assit in maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Assit in Recruitment & selection process.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews, test and conduct the interview process.
Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
Assit in maintaining attendence record & payroll.
