Purpose of the Job:

To maintain power infrastructure equipment's including UPS in order to ensure power equipment is properly working according to client requirements and organizational SOPs.

Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position):

Maintenance

1. Repair ATS panels  and resolve  ATS Panel issues of internal/external clients in order to maintain ATS proper working and to manage Genset Electricity
2. Check UPS load, Power Module, PDUs (Power Distribution Unit), Charging Level and batteries fault if required, prepare report of UPS Panel in iDC in order ensure UPS proper working and inform upper tier for preventive action
3.  Install & Troubleshoot firmware, in order to deploy infrastructure systems as per requirements.
4. Coordinate with client for any specific issue and also support team members where and when needed in order to support team and client.
5. Fill in the start-up forms for different equipment, prepare the start-up form provided by the principle in order to claim warranty when required.
6. Prepare incident status report where and when necessary in order to identify and document the incident
7. Maintain APC Symmetra UPS(s), Uniflair Cooling Units and all items includes in Data Centre.
8. Must have knowledge handling Biometric devices, VESDA and fire suppression equipment.
