Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com
Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design etc
Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
Should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.
Experience in Salesforce.com setting and different management tools in diverse localities
Profound knowledge in VisualForce creation as well as VisualForce UI basics and Javascript fundamentals
Proven experience of SFDC development
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application.
Should have thorough understanding of configuration options.
Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point
