1- To manage microsoft exchange multi-site environment and assist in management of microsoft server infrastructure.
2- To support/troubleshoot/update/monitor the health of the active directory infrastructure, ms exchange, lync/skype for business, dns and dhcp.
3-Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes and security configurations.
4-Provide ldap integration services with any application owners that desire to use active directory as their identity source.
5-Design, implement, and provide tier 3 support for exchange; design and plan updates to the system.
