We are hiring a Service Engineer candidates must be responsible
Manage and update the planning system/dispatch table of Field Service Engineers.
Manage logistics planning, job-relevant documentation, project briefs and manning requirement of FSEs in coordination with project management.
Service coordination with the Regional & Central Project Coordinators.
Maintain weekly and monthly reports, KPIs keeping close coordination with project management and head of the department in achieving the targets.
Weekly coordination with regional dispatchers, sharing the available slots of KPK standby FSEs and assist for shortfalls in manning requirements for various projects in the region.
Regional coordination for training needs and assist training manager in planning.
Control of timesheets, site reports, necessary back-ups, and storage.
Ensuring timely submission of timesheets to the relevant department and maintain interdepartmental coordination.
Handle communications with FSEs and coordinate with relevant persons/department.
