Cielo WiGle a US-based Smart Thermostat Company, having its support office in Pakistan through its subsidiary YES is looking to expand its team. Excellent Salay Plus Commission for converting support calls to sales. You must have experience of providing customer service to US-based customers. 

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  •  Resolving customer complaints via Calls, Emails, Web chat, etc.
  •  Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

Skills Required:

  • Result Driven.
  • Fast learner. seek the key success factor of doing new things in a very short time.
  • Good observer. Have a clear thought about industry and product.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
